Beginner's Guide

Urine therapy has been around for a very long time dating back over 5,000 years. Human urine has been considered a healing agent in many Asian cultures for centuries. It is an age-old tradition especially in sickness although many in good health practice it for preventive health maintenance. Urine therapy also has historical roots in ancient Egypt, Greece, Rome, the Aztec empire and since the Middle Ages in Europe. For hundreds of years, many European cultures including Russia have used urine to treat a wide variety of health problems.

Beginners may adopt the following methods to start Urine therapy :

External use by massaging/applying to your skin/body

  • Start by rubbing urine on your palms, fore-arms, legs, your stomach.  Just rub, no need for any hard pressure. Urine will not harm you. Rubbing urine on your body will not cause nausea or diarrhoea.

  • Applying urine to the skin is an excellent treatment for skin disorder including all rashes, eczema, psoriasis, acne, etc. The urea in urine, as the research studies demonstrated, is also excellent for cosmetic use as an overall skin beautifier and moisturizer.

  • Use either fresh or old urine for skin applications, although old urine has a higher ammonia content and has been found to be more effective in treating many stubborn skin disorders such as eczema or psoriasis. When treating skin disorders such as eczema, psoriasis, rashes, etc. pour a small amount of urine onto a cotton ball or pad and pat or massage it lightly onto the affected area, making sure that the area is well saturated.

Internal use by drinking Urine

  • Collect Midstream Urine in a Clean Cup or Container by means of a “clean catch” after the genital area is cleansed with a little soap and water.

  • It is advisable to begin with oral drops. This is not only to get accustomed to the taste of it, but also to slow down any healing reactions. Start by taking  only few drops per day in order to let your body adjust gradually. You can fill a clean medicine dropper from the cup of urine and place one or two drops under your tongue. This method lets you get used to the taste slowly and will still give you health benefits You can slowly increase and adjust the amount later when you’ve determined what amount is right for your condition.

  • Drinking morning urine is preferable as the majority of useful  and vital substances are found in morning urine. Certain hormones are also released during sleep re-absorbing these hormones ensures that we are more rested during the waking hours.

Please note :

  • When you first begin taking urine, you may initially experience symptoms such as headache, nausea, diarrhoea, tiredness, or skin rashes. These symptoms normally disappear over time. By starting your therapy with a few oral drops, you may avoid or lessen the symptoms severity. If you have begun your therapy with larger amounts, and are experiencing unpleasant symptoms, decrease the amount you are ingesting and continue with smaller doses

  • Do not use urine therapy if you are pregnant without a doctor’s supervision

  • To improve the taste of your urine it is wise to experiment with your diet. It is recommended to eat lost of fruits and fresh vegetables as fruits/vegetables will make  the urine taste milder and easier to drink your urine.
